Sau khi nhận các quyết định về thuế, bộ phận theo dõi thuế phải thông báo ngay cho phòng Tài chính kế toán để tiến hành thủ tục thanh khoản, hoàn thuế, khấu trừ thuế với chi cục thuế. Mặt khác, phải thông báo cho nhóm lưu trữ hồ sơ và chi nhánh có lô hàng liên quan để kết chuyển nội bộ
