This agreement is effective from the date of signing and continue in force indefinitely although in case the two sides achieved or not achieved agreement on the work as exchanged

The agreement takes effect from the date of signature and shall remain in effect indefinitely in either case the two sides reached or not reached agreement on the job as exchange
