Sorry for my late reply.
The service as indicated in the contract is subject to withholding tax (5% VAT and 5% CIT), which needs to be declared and paid within 10 days from the date of payment. The tax calculation is provided in attached file (Apparel_WHT declaration_for reference). Note that VAT needs to be paid first, then can be deducted as Apparel’s input.

If you agree with our calculation, please confirm via email, sign and return to us the payment order (in English version).

We will submit the official tax form and payment order accordingly upon your approval (relating to the amount that already paid).
