3. Ngày 28.10 tại Brussels (Bỉ), 28 nước thành viên Liên minh châu Âu (EU) đã thống nhất thông qua toàn bộ các văn bản liên quan đến Hiệp định Thương mại và Kinh tế Toàn diện (CETA) giữa EU và Canada.
