Mục tiêu hoạt động quý 1/2015

- Xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết triển khai các chương trình trọng điểm năm 2015, tập trung cụ thể hóa 4 chức năng chính của Phòng Quản lý Chất lượng Dịch vụ, gồm Tạo chuẩn, Giám sát tuân thủ, Hướng dẫn hành động và Nghiên cứu thị trường.
- Hoàn thiện các văn bản nội bộ và trình duyệt ban hành các công cụ, quy trình hỗ trợ công tác quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ được chuyên nghiệp, hiệu quả và thiết thực hơn.
