They tend to look at and listen to other people, they think very cautiously, they receive information and sift it thoroughly. Theorist: is the individual that is usually thinking about a work through the problem logically and objectively, to assimilate the individual events into a coherent theory. They tend to take jobs in a certain order, they bring computer discipline high. Pragmatist: is the individual that is usually thinking about the ways to take what is learned into practice. They are often not interested in abstract concepts, they turn such theories into action in the real world. They tend to prefer looking for ideas and new experiences.
