Sixth semester in College, I had to practice in our company for 3 months. During this time, I actually have plenty of hands-on experience as well as explore the company's working environment.I have been working as a human resources officer. At first, I was only given a few simple exercises such as a photo, scan and fax a document type number (almost like it wasn't important documents); However, I had to learn how to use Office equipment and how to scan and Fax the document first. Sometimes when I transfer documents from the Department of human resources to other departments such as the import and export Department, accounting department, production Rooms, etc (this depends on who has the transfer or document for me). In addition, I also made a new call list for each Department when the company has a new team, then stick them on the telephone; Save the document as reported by the company, records of employees, the company's Bills (stationery, electricity and water bills, courier...), overtime work reported, the Office provided a list, quotes, contracts ect. In particular, everyone in my company had reported the work of the Director after a day's work, so I always arrange and store the daily reports of the staff. The next day the practice advances, I was assigned to operate more and more at first, this makes me feel more pressure. I had to type it and fix some documents such as employee time sheets, records of new staff, Board of accountancy km for the transport of employees; the Office provided a list, the costs of using Office equipment in offices and workshops. Because I work in human resources, I always check and manage the amount of inventory office supplies last month, made the list in order to then get up and deliver them to the other parts. Moreover, I sometimes check and type the name of the document file and then arrange them in a file cabinet and stored in the repository; performs the layout of the warehouse document management; has a quote from the supplier; send and receive messages for the Office; accounting price document management; answer the phone from customers; serving water and tea for the Manager of the company and guess ... etc. However; I have faced many difficulties at first: I do not know how to use the Office equipment such as fax machines, photo and other machines. I don't know the right way to arrange and store documents. Almost everything was strange to me, although I've learned from, excel and other computer skills in school, I can not use and type the correct documents, sometimes I have to need the support of the guider because the difference between knowledge and practice. I also realized that everything that I learned in school is different with the practice, but I can use that knowledge to support future work. One more thing, I was so embarrassed when answering customers ' phones or foreign partners. Although my main business is English, I could not hear clearly the Japanese accent and not confident enough to answer the phone myself, so it was a difficult challenge that I needed to overcome. Also I have many mistakes constantly at work, I felt that I had many weaknesses that need to be improved and learnt from practical work and co-workers. On the other hand, when I made a mistake I'll never have that mistake again and gradually perfect themselves. Through this practice, I realized that I needed to add more knowledge such as language skills, computer skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, etc, and this practice is a change for me to raise some of the skills that I lack
