4. Chia nhỏ thanh toán hạng mục Bê tông (06100-04b, 06100-05, 06100-08):
+ Thanh toán lần 1: 80% sau khi Nhà thầu thi công xong, có kết quả thí nghiệm nén mẫu bê tông 7 ngày đạt yêu cầu được Tư vấn chấp nhận.
+ Thanh toán lần 2: 20% sau khi Nhà thầu hoàn thành công việc, đáp ứng các yêu cầu của điều kiện Hợp đồng.
