Ngày 28/8/2015 công ty TOUN SHING KAI BOILER có chuyển tiền 50.000 usd theo hợp đồng TSK/261114-01 cho công ty Toun shing industrial co.,ltd , và công ty TOUN SHING INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD có nhận được số tiền trên.
Nay điều khoản thanh toán có thay đổi theo thỏa thuận của hai bên như sau :
1/ Thanh toán tiền đặt cọc 20.000 USD sau khi ký hợp đồng vào tài khoản :
A/C No. 117-002-0180642-5- BANK SINOPAC
2/ Thanh toán phần còn lại 30.000 USD sau khi nhận được hàng vào tài khoản :
A/C No.5821434507 - CITIBANK TAIWAN LTD
Nay làm biên bản này để công ty chúng tôi chuyển trả lại số tiền nêu trên và chuyển tiền đúng theo tài khoản được thay đổi nêu trên.
