Quý Công ty đã hoạt động liên tục từ tháng 11 năm 2007 đến tháng 06.2014 Công ty gặp khó khăn về tài chính nên làm hồ sơ tạm ngưng hoạt động lần 1 từ 01/07/2014 đến 30/06/2015. Khi hết thời gian tạm ngưng Công ty vẫn chưa hoạt động trở lại nên tiếp tục làm hồ sơ tạm ngưng lần 2 từ 01/07/2015 đến 30/06/2016. Trong thời gian tạm ngưng thì cán bộ Thuế liên lạc với Quý Công ty không được nên đã đóng mã số thuế doanh nghiệp. Và ngày 04/05/2016 Công ty U&I đã làm công văn số 02/2016 gửi đến Cơ quan Thuế xin mở lại mã số thuế doanh nghiệp. Nhưng đến nay Cơ quan Thuế vẫn chưa mở mã số thuế. U&I liên hệ với Thuế thì cán bộ thuế nói phải có Biên bản xác định có nhà xưởng, máy móc, hợp đồng mua bán thì cơ quan Thuế mới ra thông báo gửi Quý Công ty.

Nay U&I tiếp tục làm thêm một công văn nữa gửi đến cơ quan Thuế để sớm mở lại mã số thuế doanh nghiệp. (file đính kèm).
Chúng tôi gửi đến Quý công ty 02 file, nhờ Công ty in ra mỗi file 02 bản (ký, đống mộc) và gửi lại cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ sau: (Lầu 3) Tòa nhà U&I, số 09 Ngô Gia Tự, Phường Chánh Nghĩa, TP. Thủ Dầu Một, Tỉnh Bình Dương.
