Khi phát hiện thi công sai với thiết kế, Bên B phải có ý kiến ngay và ghi nhật ký giám sát và đề nghị Bên A yêu cầu nhà thầu thi công thực hiện đúng thiết kế

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

When detecting construction that is not in accordance with the design, Party B must immediately comment and record the supervision log and request Party A to request the construction contractor to comply with the design.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

When design errors are discovered, Party B shall immediately express their opinions and record monitoring logs, and suggest that Party A require the contractor to implement the design correctly

Kết quả (Anh) 3:

Once design errors are found, Party B shall immediately put forward opinions and record supervision records, and suggest that Party A require the contractor to correctly implement the design.
