Trước hết tôi rất biết ơn bạn vì đã dành thời gian với tôi cho buổi phỏng vấn vào tuần trước.
Tôi hiểu những gì tôi đã làm thật sự chưa hoàn hảo. Vì vậy tôi hy vọng bạn sẽ dành cho tôi cơ hội thứ hai để trình bày với bạn những nỗ lực và thiện chí của tôi với công việc mà tôi đang phấn đấu để đạt được này. Trong hai ngày qua tôi đã suy nghĩ và viết thêm một tài liệu VỀ VIỆC QUẢN LÝ DỊCH VỤ KHÁCH HÀNG.Tài liệu được viết dựa trên những kinh nghiệm thực tế của tôi trong quá trình làm việc. Tôi rất hy vọng qua tài liệu này cô sẽ hiểu hơn về tôi cũng như những gì tôi có thể đóng góp cho công việc sắp tới.

Tôi rất xin lỗi nếu như mail này làm phiền cô.
