Điều 6. Nghỉ ốm
Người lao động được nghỉ ốm, điều trị tai nạn lao động, bệnh nghề nghiệp,… được nghỉ làm việc theo giấy chứng nhận của bác sĩ và được hưởng tiền trợ cấp từ cơ quan bảo hiểm cho những ngày nghỉ ốm. Giấy chứng nhận nghỉ ốm để hưởng BHXH phải được nộp về phòng nhân sự để làm thủ tục hưởng BHXH trong vòng 2 ngày làm việc sau khi nhân viên quay trở lại làm việc
Nếu không có giấy chứng nhận của bác sĩ thì số ngày nghỉ sẽ bị trừ vào ngày phép, nếu nhân viên đó đã hết phép thì số ngày nghỉ sẽ bị trừ vào tiền lương tháng.
Nếu có hành vi không trung thực trong việc nghỉ ốm mà bị phát hiện thì sẽ bị kỷ luật trước toàn thể công ty.
