Do chờ quyết định cử đoàn đi của ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh bình định và rút kinh phí tại kho bạc, dự kiến ngày 31/8 hoặc chậm nhất là ngày 01/9/2016, chúng tôi sẽ đến lãnh sự quán hàn quốc tại thành phố hồ chí minh để xin cấp thị thực. Như vậy, thời gian sẽ không đủ để ngày 06/9 có thể khởi hành bay tới hàn quốc.
Từ thực tế khó khăn đã nêu, rất mong ông tác động tới Ban tổ chức lễ hội nhằm can thiệp với lãnh sự quán hàn quốc tại thành phố hồ chí minh rút ngắn thời gian thẩm định hồ sơ và cấp thị thực càng sớm càng tốt. khi được cấp thị thực rồi, chúng tôi mới có thể đặt vé máy bay đi hàn quốc vào ngày 6/9 và về vào ngày 12/9/2016.
