Việc bổ nhiệm, bổ nhiệm lại, miễn nhiệm, khen thưởng, kỷ luật và đánh giá hoạt động của Kiểm soát viên thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật và Điều lệ này.
2. Kiểm soát viên làm việc theo chế độ chuyên trách.
3. Tập đoàn có ba (03) Kiểm soát viên:
a) Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính bổ nhiệm một (01) Kiểm soát viên tài chính;
b) Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn bổ nhiệm hai (02) Kiểm soát viên chuyên ngành và giao cho một (01) Kiểm soát viên phụ trách chung lập kế hoạch công tác, phân công, điều phối công việc giữa các Kiểm soát viên.
