Bộ phận lễ tân : Đây là bộ phận quan trọng nhất trong Khách sạn, có nhiệm vụ đặt và trả phòng ( bao gồm cả thanh toán ) cho khách, giải quyết thắc mắc của khách hàng, liên lạc vớicác bộ phận cần thiết để phục vụ khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng và chính xác nhất.
- Bộ phận buồng: Bộ phận này có trách nhiệm đảm bảo đầy đủ về nội ngoại thất phòng ở Khách sạn. Hàng ngày phải dọn dẹp vệ sinh sạch sẽ và báo cáo tình trạng, chất lượng, số lượng các tiện nghi, đồ dùng trong phòng ở của khách để các bộ phận chức năng khác kịp thời xử lý.
Bộ phận bảo vệ: có nhiệm vụ bảo vệ an ninh cho khách sạn và sự an toàn cho du khách.
