Bên cho thuê đồng ý cho bên thuê được sử dụng nhà xưởng không tính tiền thuê trong thời hạn 3 tháng kể từ ngày bàn giao nhà xưởng để bên thuê thực hiện các công việc sữa chữa , lắp đặt trang thiết bị và trang trí nội thất cần thiết phù phợp với mục đích thuê như được quy định tại điều 3 hợp đồng này

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Lessor agrees to lease used factory does not charge rent within 3 months from the completion of factory to lessees doing repair work, installation of the equipment and furnishing necessary fitting phợp with the purpose of rent as set forth in article 3 of this agreement

The lessor to the lessee agrees to use the factory not charge rent for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery of the ship to the lessee to perform the repairs, installation of equipment and furnishing phop be necessary for the purpose of leasing as defined in Article 3 hereof
