Điều 3. Hoạt động khai thác khoáng sản theo Quyết định này chỉ được phép tiến hành khi Công Ty Cổ Phần Hoa An đã thực hiện xong và gửi về Sở Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường các hồ sơ đã được thẩm định và phê duyệt về đất đai; ký vào quỹ phục hồi môi trường.

Article 3. Mining activities under this decision are only allowed to proceed when the United States Corporation has done and posted on the Department of Environmental resources and the records have been verified and approved on land; signed on environmental restoration fund.
