theo thỏa thuận tại hợp đồng dự án, với điều kiện nhà đầu
tư phải thực hiện thủ tục cấp giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu
tư theo quy định cho dự án khác này;
o Lựa chọn nhà thầu;
o Giải phóng mặt bằng và hoàn thành thủ tục giao đất, cho
thuê đất;
o Giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư.
