Điều 10: Thủ tục giải quyết tranh chấp
Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này, nếu có vấn đề vướng mắc, bất lợi phát sinh, hai bên sẽ kịp thời báo cho nhau biết và tích cực bàn bạc, giải quyết trên cơ sở thương lượng, hoà giải, tôn trọng quyền lợi của nhau (có lập biên bản xác nhận). Nếu vấn đề tranh chấp không tự giải quyết được bằng thương lượng hoà giải, thì mỗi bên đều có quyền đưa vụ việc ra giải quyết tại Toà án có thẩm quyền.
