Chúng tôi đồng ý ký kết. Hợp đồng với các điều khoản cụ thể như sau:
Điều 1. Nội dung hợp đồng
Bên A đồng ý cho Bên B thuê 1 chiếc xe với nội dung như sau:
- Xác xe ( không tài xế, không xang xe)
- Nhãn hiệu: TOYOTA INNOVA ( 08 chỗ )
- Giá tiền thuê: 23 000.000 VNĐ/ tháng
- Giới hạn số ngày sử dung 26 ngay
- Giới hạn kilomet trong tháng : 2 6000 km/ tháng.
- Kilomet vượt: 5.000 vnđ/ km
- một ngày : 10 tiếng
ngoài giờ: 50 000 d
-Ngày chủ nhật 1 200.000 vnđ
- Giá trên tính theo giá xăng là 17 5000 000đ nểu vượt trên 20% thì tính thêm 10% giá trị hợp đồng
Khi bên A bà giao xe cho bên B phải giao theo phụ tùng và đồ theo xe gồm:
Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký xe ô tô ( giấy photo công chứng )
Điều 2. Phương thức thanh toán
- Hình thức thanh toán bằng tiền mặt ( VNĐ) hoặc chuyển khoản
- Thanh toán vào ngày 05 tây hàng tháng
Điều 3. Trách nhiệm của bên A
- Đảm bảo chủ quyền hợp pháp của chiếc xe cho bên B thuê
- Bàn giao xe đúng thời hạn .
- Đảm bảo mua bảo hiểm toan bộ thân xe 100% trong suốt quá trình thức hiện hợp đồng.
- Trường hợp: xe bị sự cố ngoài ý muốn thì sửa xe theo bảo hiểm . Xe bị trầy, móp do tài xế, hư hỏng thì bên B có trách nhiệm sửa theo ý kiến bên A ( bên B tự sắp xếp để bên A mang xe về để sửa)
- Hàng tháng bên A có quyền kiểm tra xe thao định kỳ hoặc đột xuất ít nhất một lần ( Tất cả chi phí bảo dưỡng, tháy nhớt hàng tháng do bên B thanh toán).
Điều 4. Trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của bên B
- Bên B sẽ thanh toán tiền vào ngày hai mưới (05) tây hàng tháng và sau khi nhận được số tiền bên a đưa ra số liệu

- Sử dụng phương tiện theo đúng mục đính đã quy đinh. Không sử dụng xe chuyên chở các hàng hoá không rõ nguồn gốc, hàng cấm hay hàng bất hợp pháp,...
- Trong thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng thuê phương tiện, bên B không được quyền giao xe cho tổ chức, cá nhân, đơn vị khác sử dụng hoặc cho thuê lại với bất cứ hình thức nào và phải chịu trách nhiệm với pháp lí đối với chiếc xe thủe trên.
- Phí vé cầu đường, qua phà, phí đậu xe do bên B chịu
- Bên B phải có trách nhiệm lo bữa ăn cho tài xế.
Điều 5. Chấm dứt và thanh lí hợp đồng
Hợp đồng có thời hạn từ ngày 06/05/2015 đến ngày 06/05/2016
Các trường hợp tạm dừng thực hiện hợp đồng:
- Do lỗi của bên A hoặc bên B vi phạm hợp đồng gây ra.
- Các trường hợp bất khả kháng.
- Các trường hợp khác theo sự thống nhất giữa hai bên.
Các trường hợp huỷ bỏ hợp đồng:
- Một bên bị phá sản hoặc giải thề. Việc chấm dứt hợp đồng này không làm mất đi quyền lợi của các bên được hưởng theo quy định cảu hợp đồng và pháp luật.
- Bên kia vi phạm các điều kiện được quy định trong hợp đồng này.
- Các bên cùng thống nhất huỷ bỏ hợp đồng.
- Bên huỷ bỏ hợp đồng phải thông báo ngay cho bên kia biết về việc huỷ bỏ trước thời hạn là một (01) tháng; nếu không thông báo màngay thiệt hại cho bên kia, thì bên huỷ bỏ hợp đồng phải bồi thường thiệt hại 01 ( một) tháng theo hợp đồng.
- Khi hợp đồng bị huỷ bỏ, thì không còn hiệu lực từ thời điểm bị huỷ bỏ và các bên phải hoàn trả cho nhau tài sản.
Điều 6 . Điều khoảng chung
- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoảng quy định trong hợp đồng này, không bên nào được đơn phương thay đổi hoặc huỷ bỏ hợp đồng. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu cần tháy đổi, bổ sung thì phải được hai bên đồng ý bằng văn bản.
- Trong thời gian hợp đồng, nếu bên nào đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng thì sẽ bồi thường cho bên còn lại là 01 tháng tiền thêu xe
- Trong trường hợp có tranh chấp mà 2 bên không tự giải quyết được thì sẽ đưa vụ việc lên Toà án kinh tế Tp. Hồ Chí Minh. Các chi phí liên quan đến Toà án do bên thua kiện chịu.
- Hợp đồng này có giá trị một năm kể từ ngày ký và được lập thành bốn (02 ) bản băng tiếng Việt có nội dung và giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ một (01) bản.
