4.1 Nhóm hưởng lợi
Nhóm hưởng lợi chính của dự án là Công ty TNHH Ngọc Mai Trang và đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý và kỹ thuật của Công ty được hưởng lợi qua việc tham gia các khóa tập huấn.
Nhóm hưởng lợi thứ hai của dự án là nhóm 30 hộ trồng hoa địa phương có khả năng tiếp cận các kỹ thuật mới về trồng hoa, trong đó có 5 hộ đồng bào dân tộc. Các nông hộ này sẽ có hợp đồng với NMT trong việc tiếp nhận các kỹ thuật canh tác và công nghệ sau thu hoạch hoa cũng như cung cấp hoa cho NMT xuất khẩu và bán trong nước.
Nhóm nông dân hưởng lợi dự kiến sẽ được gia tăng một khi Công ty mở rộng thị trường xuất khẩu. Thêm vào đó một số nông dân khác cũng sẽ được hưởng lợi một cách gián tiếp khi các kỹ thuật canh tác được các nông dân trong nhóm phổ biến rộng rãi.
