 Tổ chức thực hiện công tác kiểm kê hàng năm. Báo cáo tài chính hàng năm trước Hội đồng quản trị và Đại hội đồng cổ đông Công ty.
 Chịu trách nhiệm lập báo cáo tài chính cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền và quyết toán thuế.
 Chịu trách nhiệm trước HĐQT và Tổng giám đốc trong việc chủ động khai thác nguồn vốn để đầu tư và phục vụ nhiệm vụ sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty.
 Lưu trữ, bảo quản, giữ gìn bí mật các chứng từ, số liệu tài chính kế toán theo qui định hiện hành và phân cấp quản lý của Công ty.
