Nếu Bên B thanh toán chậm so với qu

Nếu Bên B thanh toán chậm so với quy định tại Hợp Đồng này, Bên B sẽ bị phạt không chấm một phần trăm (0.1%) trên giá trị hàng hóa giao chậm cho mỗi tuần trễ hạn, mức phạt tối đa không vượt quá 5% tổng giá trị số lượng yêu cầu giao hàng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
