20.2 Thông Báo được xem là đâ được thực hiện: vào thời điểm giao Thông Báo cho người nhận, trong trường hợp gửi trực tiếp bằng thư tay; sau năm (5) Ngày Làm Việc sau ngày gửi, nếu gửi bằng đường thư bảo đảm bằng đường hàng không hoặc chuyển phát nhanh quốc tế; hoặc sau khi gửi nếu gửi bằng fax, với điều kiện là báo cáo giao dịch thành công.
21. LUẬT ĐIỀU CHỈNH VÀ GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHÁP
21.1 Hợp Đồng này được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo luật Việt Nam.

21.3 Trong trường hợp các Bên không thể giải quyết tranh chấp được bằng thương lượng trong vồng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày xảy ra tranh chấp, Bên nào cũng có quyền đưa vụ tranh chấp ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để giải quyệt. Phán quyết của tòa án là quyết định cuối cùng, có giá trị ràng buộc và phải thi hành đối với cả hai bên.
22. NGÔN NGỮ VÀ CÁC BẢN GỐC
Hợp Đồng này được lập thành hai (2) bản bằng tiếng Việt, và có giá trị pháp lý như nhau. Mỗi
Bên giữ một bản.
