Tourism is becoming an important issue in the lives of people in Vietnam. Through tourism programs connect people together. To have a sucessful tourism program requires collaboration between different parts : contact with client, the information about the destination ... Just the missing of collaboration also makes the tourism program to fail.
Thereby we see the importance of the operating domestic tours. To get a sucessful tourism program and the work is not the same and omission, we should have a specific process. Based on my background knowledge and the experience I gained during my intership, I decide to choose the topic for this report as : “The process of operating domestic tours in Hoang Giang Viet Tourist Limited Company.”
The purpose of this report is to study the process of operating domestic tours and the lesson learned during the internship – one of the most important activities of the tourism enterprises. The report consists of three seperate parts:
