Đầu tiên là giáo dục, tôi nghĩ trước đây, giáo dục chưa phát triển nên những người trẻ lúc đó sẽ không thể tiếp nhận được nhiều kiến thức hay và đa dạng so với người trẻ thời bây giờ. Vì vậy, kiến thức giáo dục bị mất đi sẽ là một việc bất lợi rất lớn.
Kế đến chính là dinh dưỡng ăn uống. Theo quan điểm của tôi, vì việt nam vừa kết thức thúc chiến tranh nên đất nước tập trung vào việc xây dựng lại kinh tế nên bắt buộc mọi người phải lao động rất nhiều. Tôi được cha mẹ kể lại, khi họ còn nhỏ đi học về là phải ra đồng làm ruộng, bắt cá tự nấu cơm ăn. Ai cũng bận rộn không chăm sóc tốt nên họ thường rất ốm vì thiếu chất. Vì vậy, bây giờ đất nước phát triển và ổn định hơn, thực phẩm cũng đa dạng và cung cấp đầy đủ dinh dưỡng cần thiết cho cơ thể hạn chế được bệnh suy dinh dưỡng.
