Hiện nay ,thói quen ăn uống của trẻ em đã được thay đổi. Một số người tin rằng nó có tác dụng tiêu cực đến sức khỏe trẻ em. Tôi đồng ý với quan điểm này .Ngày nay cha mẹ phải dành phần lớn thời gian làm việc , do thiếu thời gian để được ở nhà để nấu các loại thực phẩm tươi sống , nên họ thường cho trẻ em ăn thức ăn nhanh . Nó rất là có hại vì nó có thể gây ra các loại bệnh khác nhau .Bởi vì thức ăn nhanh béo và không có nhiều chất dinh dưỡng như các loại thực phẩm trong và trái cây tươi và rau quả. Hơn nữa, ngày nay trẻ em thích ở trong nhà chơi game hơn là ra bên ngoài , điều này cũng gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến sức khỏe của chúng. Để giảm thiểu điều này , cha mẹ nên quan tâm đến con cái nhiều hơn và khuyên chúng chơi thể dục thể thao
