kinh phí bảo trì/ quỹ bảo trì khu nhà được huy động từ việc thu phí bảo trì theo quy định tại điều 2 của hợp đồng này được dùng để thanh toán các chi phí lớn trong việc bảo dưỡng định kỳ, sửa chữa đột xuất, lắp đặt, xây mới các công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật hoặc các công tác duy tu, bảo dưỡng khác nhằm phục vụ cho các lợi ích chung cho cư dân trong khu nhà. Kinh phí bảo trì/quỹ bảo trì khu nhà sẽ được giữ trong một tài khoản tiền gửi tại ngân hàng thương mại với lãi suất không thấp hơn lãi suất tiền gửi tiết kiệm không kỳ hạn do bên bán lập vào hoặc trước ngày bàn giao và bên bán sẽ bàn giao tài khoản đó cho ban quản trị khu nhà đã được bầu và được công nhận. số tiền lãi phát sinh trong mỗi kỳ do gửi tiền tại ngân hàng sẽ được bổ sung vào kinh tế bảo trì/quỹ bảo trì khu nhà.
