QUan điểm của Prudential là cả 2 cấp xét xử đều chưa đánh giá một cách khách quan về bản chất vụ việc, do đó đã đưa ra phán quyết không công bằng về mặt pháp lý. Tuy nhiên, Hội đồng xét xử đã không chấp nhận những lập luận ấy. Tòa án nhân dân tối cao tuyên giữ nguyên bản án sơ thẩm về vụ tranh chấp giữa công ty bảo hiểm nhân thọ Prudential Việt Nam với khách hàng Vũ Quang Uông. Theo đó, Prudential phải trả gần 900 triệu đồng cho nguyên đơn Uông.
