(i) Công ty tạm trích lập Quỹ khen

(i) Công ty tạm trích lập Quỹ khen thưởng, phúc lợi cho năm 2015 với số tiền 31.776.888.747 VND và trích Quỹ thưởng ban điều hành từ lợi nhuận sau thuế năm 2014 với số tiền 2.486.889.381 VND theo Nghị quyết Đại hội đồng Cổ đông thường niên năm 2015 số 01/2015/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2015.
(ii) Trong năm, Công ty đã thực hiện mua 2.871.900 cổ phiếu quỹ và bán ra 201.000 cổ phiếu quỹ.
(iii) Công ty thực hiện chia cổ tức năm 2014 với tỷ lệ 9% theo Nghị quyết Đại hội đồng cổ đông số 01/2015/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2015 và Thông báo chốt quyền chia cổ tức số 470/TB-PVI ngày 08 tháng 9 năm 2015.
