Điều 16: Thanh quyết toán hợp đồng.
16.1 Không phụ thuộc vào Điều 16.2 dưới đây, Bên A phải thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn theo Điều 6 Hợp đồng này.
16.2 Hồ sơ quyết toán hợp đồng do Bên B chịu trách nhiệm lập và nộp cho Bên A trong thời hạn không quá 60 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên nghiệm thu bàn giao thiết bị đưa vào sử dụng.
Nội dung của hồ sơ quyết toán hợp đồng phải phù hợp với các thoả thuận trong hợp đồng, bao gồm các tài liệu sau:
- Hồ sơ hoàn công;
- Biên bản nghiệm thu, bàn giao.
- Bảng tính giá trị quyết toán hợp đồng (gọi là quyết toán A-B).
