Việc biểu quyết được tiến hành bằng cách thu thẻ biểu quyết tán thành nghị quyết, sau đó thu thẻ biểu quyết không tán thành, cuối cùng kiểm phiếu tập hợp số phiếu biểu quyết tán thành, không tán thành, không có ý kiến. Kết quả kiểm phiếu được chủ toạ công bố ngay trước khi bế mạc cuộc họp
