Bên A giao hàng đến cửa kho của Bên B hoặc tại địa điểm thuận tiện do Bên B chỉ định. Bên B đặt hàng với số lượng, loại sản phẩm cụ thể [SỐ LƯỢNG, LOẠI SẢN PHẨM] bằng thư, fax, điện tín.
