- Căn cứ Nghị định 44/2016/NĐ-CP ngày 15/05/2016 qui định chi tiết một số điều của Luật An toàn vệ sinh lao động về huấn luyện an toàn vệ sinh lao động, kiểm định kỹ thuật an toàn và quan trắc môi trường lao động;
- Căn cứ quyết định số 95/QĐ-ATLĐ ngày 22/04/2016 của Cục Trưởng Cục An Toàn Lao Động- Bộ Lao Động TB&XH chỉ định Công ty CP Kiểm Định và Huấn Luyện An Toàn Vệ Sinh Lao Động Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh thực hiện nhiệm vụ huấn luyện An toàn- VSLĐ;
- Căn cứ theo yêu cầu của Công ty; Trung tâm chúng tôi xin thông báo chi phí cho việc tổ chức các lớp huấn luyện AT-VSLĐ năm 2016 như sau:
I.NỘI DUNG HỌC: Xây dựng cho từng nhóm đối tượng theo chương trình khung của NĐ 44/2016/NĐ-CP. Bao gồm các nội dung chính:
- Thông tin tình hình tai nạn lao động năm 2015, một số vụ tai nạn lao động nghiêm trọng có liên quan đến quản lý sử dụng xe nâng; nguyên nhân và bài học kinh nghiệm cho người quản lý trực tiếp và công nhân vận hành.
- Hệ thống chính sách pháp luật ATVSLĐ theo Luật ATVSLĐ.
- Quy trình KTAT trong quản lý, vận hành, quy trình xử lý khắc phục sự cố với các loại xe nâng, quy trình xếp dỡ hàng hóa, kho bãi theo đặc thù tại đơn vị.
- Công tác chuẩn bị sản xuất, thi công. Quy trình kiểm tra định kỳ, bảo quản, lưu trữ, vận chuyển hàng hóa. Hướng dẫn công tác tự kiểm tra an toàn, vệ sinh lao động;
- Các quy phạm, tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn an toàn về công việc có liên quan.
- Xử lý các tình huống trong vận hành. Các phương pháp sơ cứu, cấp cứu tai nạn. Tham quan, thực hành thực tế tại nhà máy.
Ghi chú: Nội dung học sẽ được trao đổi thống nhất trước trên tinh thần phù hợp với đặc điểm sản xuất, thiết bị của nhà máy. Minh họa bằng tư liệu, hình ảnh tai nạn lao động.
II. CHI PHÍ CÁC KHÓA HỌC:
Tổ chức 01 lớp: khoảng 60 học viên (các nhóm 1, 2, 3, 4, 6).
Chi phí 14.000.000 VNĐ/lớp x 01 lớp = 14.000.000 VNĐ
(Mười bốn triệu đồng chẵn. Hóa đơn, thuế suất 0%).
III. THỜI GIAN, ĐỊA ĐIỂM HỌC:
 Thời gian: Do hai bên sắp xếp theo chương trình khung quy định.
 Địa điểm: Tại KCN Tân Bình, Tp.Hồ Chí Minh.




IV. GIẢNG VIÊN: Đáp ứng theo tiêu chuẩn giảng viên của Bộ Lao Động TB&XH.
Chi phí trên bao gồm chi phí biên soạn tài liệu, tổ chức giảng dạy, kiểm tra, đi lại của giảng viên và cấp giấy chứng chỉ/chứng nhận/thẻ/sổ theo dõi công tác an toàn cho các học viên đạt yêu cầu theo đúng quy định.
Lưu ý: Cấp thẻ an toàn và chứng nhận huấn luyện an toàn theo quy định.
