Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Nhận xét đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và đánh giá kết quả điều trị và chăm sóc bệnh nhân cao tuổi gãy cổ xương đùi được thay khớp háng.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang, tiến cứu trên 32 bệnh nhân ≥ 70 tuổi bị gãy cổ xương đùi được thay khớp háng tại BV Việt Tiệp năm 2014.
Kết quả: Nam 37,5%, Nữ 62,5%; do tai nạn sinh hoạt 96,9 %; lâm sàng: tăng huyết áp 31,3%, đau vừa 62,5 %; mất cơ năng 62,5 %; Xquang: gãy cổ xương đùi Garden III 53,1%; kết quả gần: rất tốt và tốt 84,4%; thời gian nằm viện trung bình 13,31 ± 3,27 ngày; phục hồi chức năng: rất tốt và tốt 90,6%, không có BN tử vong.
Kết luận:
- Triệu chứng lâm sàng kín đáo, Xquang gãy cổ xương đùi di lệch lớn chiếm tỷ lệ cao; - Kết quả: hầu hết BN phục hồi chức năng vận động tốt; thời gian nằm viện ngắn.
