Không một bên nào có quyền đơn phương huỷ bỏ hợp đồng này và phụ lục đính kèm. Hợp đồng này chỉ được chấm dứt khi có sự thoả thuận bằng văn bản của cả hai bên hoặc bằng quyết định của cơ quan tài phán có thẩm quyền

Not a party would have the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and the attached appendix. This contract was terminated when the written agreement of both parties or by decision of the competent jurisdictional bodies

Neither party may unilaterally cancel this agreement and the attached annex. This Agreement shall terminate upon the written agreement of both parties or by decision of the competent tribunals
