Liên quan đến vụ việc của Công ty B, chúng tôi xin báo cáo đến bạn một số thông tin sau:

- Ngày 21/07/2015 Tòa Án Nhân dân Tp. Hồ Chí Minh đã có Công văn trả lời Công văn ngày 06/07/2015 của Ls. Đinh Thị Quỳnh Như về việc cung cấp thông tin tình hình giải quyết vụ việc "Tranh chấp hợp đồng đặt cọc" (An Luật nhận được Công văn vào ngày 25/07/2015). Theo đó, Tòa án Nhân dân Tp. Hồ Chí Minh đã chuyển đơn đến Tòa án Nhân dân Quận 1 để giải quyết. (bạn vui lòng xem file đính kèm);

With that, the people's Court of Ho Chi Minh City was moved to the people's court petition in District 1 to solve. (please see the attached file);
