+ Thường xuyên nghiên cứu để đưa ra các biện pháp cải tiến kỹ thuật, mẫu mã, chất lượng sản phẩm.
+ Đưa ra các chiến lược, biện pháp kinh doanh thúc đẩy các hoạt động xúc tiến bán hàng, quảng cáo, marketing …..
+ Báo cáo thường xuyên với Giám Đốc về tình hình sản xuất và kinh doanh, chi phí phát sinh và đưa ra các biện pháp khắc phục
