từ chối thực hiện nghĩa vụ bàn giao căn hộ cho Bên B khi Bên B chưa hoàn tất nghĩa vụ thanh toán theo hợp đồng. Đồng thời Bên A có quyền kéo dài thời hạn giao Giấy chứng nhân quyền sở hữu nhà ở cho Bên B khi bên B không thực hiện hoặc thực hiện chậm trễ việc cung cấp các giấy tờ cần thiết theo yêu cầu của Bên A

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

refuse to perform the obligation to hand over the apartment for Party B when B Side not completed the payment obligations under the contract. At the same time A Party has the right to extend human rights certificate delivered owner in to the B when B side does not make or delay the provision of the necessary papers at the request of A Party

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

refuse to perform the obligation to hand over apartments to Party B when Party B has not completed its payment obligations under the contract. Simultaneously Party A may extend delivery deadlines's certificate of ownership housing for Party B when Party B fails to perform or delay implementation of the provision of the necessary documents required by Party A
