10. Trong quá trình sinh sống tại căn hộ nếu Bên B vi phạm Pháp Luật hoặc những người có mặt tại căn hộ trong thời gian hợp đồng thuê vi phạm Pháp Luật Nước CHXHCNVN thì Bên B chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm. Bên A và bên C hoàn toàn không chịu trách nhiệm liên đới.
