Trong trường hợp một Bên phải cung

Trong trường hợp một Bên phải cung cấp thông tin theo quy định tại Điều 6.2 nêu trên thì Bên cung cấp thông tin có trách nhiệm phải gửi thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bên kia trong vòng 48 (bốn mươi tám) giờ kể từ khi nhận được yêu cầu và việc cung cấp thông tin cũng chỉ giới hạn trong phạm vi được yêu cầu.

In the event that a party must provide the information prescribed in article 6.2 above the Parties responsible for providing information shall send notice in writing to the other party within 48 (forty eight) hours from receipt of request and the provision of the information is limited only to the extent required.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In the case of a Party to provide information as defined in Article 6.2 above, the provision of information shall have to send written notice to the other Party within 48 (forty eight) hours of receipt be required to provide information and also limited the scope of the request.
