Nếu khu vực thuê bị giảm sút so với tình trạng khi nhận thì bên A có quyền yêu cầu bên B phải bồi thường. Bên B phải chịu mọi rủi ro xảy ra đối với khu vực thuê trong thời gian trả chậm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If decreasing rental area compared to the situation when A party has the right to request party B must compensate. Party B shall bear all risks occurring to the area rented during deferred.

If the area to rent is reduced compared to the situation after receiving the party A may request Party B to compensate. Party B shall bear all the risks for the region during the deferred rent.
