Trường CĐSP Lào Cai trân trọng cảm ơn sự quan tâm của Bà về việc cung cấp thông tin, tạo điều kiện để nhà trường được tham gia và hoàn thành các thủ tục tiếp nhận Chương trình học bổng tiếng Anh Access năm 2016.

Những học sinh này sau khi trúng tuyển vào lớp dự nguồn 30A, phải học tập dự bị 1 năm trước khi theo học chương trình chính thức trong thời gian 3 năm.
Tuy nhiên, do cơ chế tuyển sinh năm 2016 có sự thay đổi nên các học sinh thuộc đối tượng dự nguồn này đủ điều kiện vào học ngay chương trình chính thức các ngành học của nhà trường, các em sẽ học liên tục trong thời gian 3 năm.
Vì vậy, nhà trường kính đề nghị Bà Diane Millar và Chương trình cho phép được tuyển sinh những học sinh thuộc đối tượng khó khăn 30A, đã trúng tuyển vào các ngành của trường năm 2016.
