bên B thanh toán cho bên A số tiền tại khoản 1 điều 2 theo các đợt sau:
- Đợt 1: thanh toán số tiền 355.880.000 đồng , tương đương 20% giá trị hợp đồng. Giá trị này chuyển từ số tiền Bên B đã nộp theo thỏa thuận đặt cọc ký ngày 08/11/2011.
- Đợt 2: Ngày 9 tháng 7 năm 2012 thanh toán số tiền 177.940.000 đồng, tương đương 10% giá trị hợp đồng

trong trường hợp ngày đến hạn thanh toán trùng vào ngày nghỉ làm việc theo quy định của pháp luật thì ngày thanh toán là ngày làm việc kế tiếp ngày nghỉ đó. Phiếu thu tiền do bên A phát hành hoặc phiếu thu tiền hay chứng từ chuyển khoản do ngân hàng phát hành là căn cứ xác định số tiền bên B đã nộp cho bên A.
