Sau những phiên đàm phán căng thẳng, phiên đàm phán Hiệp định Đối tác xuyên Thái Bình Dương (TPP) tại Át-lan-ta (Hoa Kỳ) đã kết thúc vào chiều 5-10 (theo giờ Việt Nam). Đây là bước ngoặt lịch sử đối với các nước thành viên TPP, trong đó có Việt Nam. Điều đó cũng có nghĩa TPP mở ra nhiều cơ hội lẫn thách thức với Việt Nam.
