Khi được thông báo hoạt động khắc phục, phòng ngừa đã hoàn tất hoặc theo hạn định trong báo cáo, Trưởng phòng QA, đại diện phòng liên quan phải khẳng định rằng các hoạt động khắc phục, phòng ngừa đã được tiến hành, các vấn đề cần KP-PN đã được sửa chữa phù hợp với các yêu cầu đề ra (BM-05-02).

When informed of activities to remedy, prevent complete or timeliness in reporting, QA Manager, represented the room concerned must reaffirm that the prevention, remediation activities have been conducted, the issue should have been corrected PN KP conform with the requirements set out in (BM-05-02).

When informed that corrective action and preventive completed or subject to limits in reporting, QA Manager, representing relevant room to confirm that the corrective actions, precautions were taken, the matter subject to KP-PN has been corrected in accordance with the requirements set out (BM-05-02).
