Nhờ bắt kịp tình hình sau khi đánh giá thực trang và tìm ra dc những giải pháp thích hợp, chính phủ Vietnam đã chỉ đạo bộ nông nghiệp và bộ y tế cùng với các cơ quan hữu quan. Kiểm soát và dập tắt dc sự lây lan của bệnh lở mồm long móng, tay chân miệng, H5N1…etc. Và tổ chức Y Tế Thế Giới đã ghi nhận những nỗ lực to lớn của Vietnam trong công tác này.
