1. Thiết lập kênh kết nối với Cổng

1. Thiết lập kênh kết nối với Cổng giao dịch điện tử của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kết nối do Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam quy định.
2. Công khai thông báo phương thức hoạt động, chất lượng dịch vụ trên website giới thiệu dịch vụ của Tổ chức I-VAN.
3. Cung cấp dịch vụ I-VAN cho người sử dụng lao động đã ký hợp đồng với tổ chức mình.
4. Bảo đảm kết nối liên tục, bảo mật, toàn vẹn thông tin về hồ sơ và các điều kiện cần thiết để thực hiện giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội.
5. Thực hiện việc nhận, truyền, lưu trữ, phục hồi thông điệp dữ liệu giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội bảo đảm đúng thời hạn, chính xác, toàn vẹn của hồ sơ bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử; chuyển hồ sơ bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử đến Cổng giao dịch điện tử của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam trong thời hạn 02 giờ, kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử của người sử dụng lao động; thông báo xác nhận nộp hồ sơ bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử cho người sử dụng lao động sử dụng dịch vụ I-VAN theo quy định.
