Các trường hợp không được bảo hành

Các trường hợp không được bảo hành như sụt lún, nứt tường, võng nền nhà, hư hỏng hệ thống dẫn nước, hệ thống cống do Bên thuê sử dụng không đúng theo tải trọng thiết kế ban đầu. Các chi phí phát sinh trong trường hợp nêu trên, Bên thuê sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm chi trả toàn bộ.
- Giao nhà xưởng theo đúng thời hạn cam kết
- Tạo điều kiện, hỗ trợ Bên thuê các vấn đề pháp lý và phòng cháy chữa cháy, đánh giá tác động môi trường và các công việc phát sinh khác.
- Thực hiện các điều khoản đã cam kết
2. Trách nhiệm của Bên thuê:
- Phối hợp, cung cấp thiết kế, hồ sơ cho Bên cho thuê đúng thời hạn.
- Thanh toán chi phí đã thoả thuận đúng thời hạn cam kết
- Thực hiện các điều khoản đã cam kết.
ARTICLE IV: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
- Sau khi ký Biên bản thoả thuận này, nếu có phát sinh bất kỳ thoả thuận nào thì hai bên sẽ bổ sung, thống nhất bằng văn bản và có xác nhận của các bên
- Biên bản thoả thuận này được lập thành 02 (hai) bản, mỗi bản có 02 (hai) trang và có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
